Whos behind anomalous media?
Digby Furneaux
I tell stories that don’t fit inside boxes.
I’m Digby Furneaux — filmmaker, podcast host, editor, and founder of Anomalous Media. My work lives at the intersection of documentary storytelling, independent media, and the pursuit of truth.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the things we’re not supposed to talk about — the unexplained, the censored, the misunderstood, the inconvenient. UAPs, consciousness, hidden histories, digital systems of control, human potential — these aren’t trends to me. They’re questions that matter.
I host and produce my own show, Anomalous, where I explore the edges of reality and invite difficult conversations into the open. But beyond my own work, I help others do the same — crafting films and podcasts that elevate voice over noise, clarity over spectacle, and integrity over algorithms.
I don’t believe in disposable content.
I believe in stories with weight.
Work with meaning.
Media that respects its audience.
Anomalous Media exists to serve creators, brands, and filmmakers who want more than quick fixes and viral clips — who want to build something that lasts.
If your story matters, I’ll help you tell it properly.
Tom Thompson
“Reality, as we perceive it, is a construct — a convenient illusion designed to keep us oriented.” - John Keel
My name is Thomas M. Thompson III, also known as Cortex Zero — researcher, writer, experiencer, analyst, and co-creator of Anomalous. My work sits at the crossroads of UFO studies, consciousness research, historical inquiry, and the evolving frontier of human understanding.
For over two decades, I’ve immersed myself in the stories that don’t go away — the patterns in the chaos, the testimonies that resist dismissal, the phenomena that refuse to be simplified. UFOs/UAP, non-human intelligence, high strangeness, altered states, hidden programs, metaphysics — these aren’t curiosities to me. They’re part of a much larger narrative we are only beginning to comprehend, and a profound part of my own life
On Anomalous alongside Digby and across my Cortex Zero platform, I examine the threads that bind these mysteries together. I speak with insiders, sift through declassified archives, analyze patterns in modern sightings, and bring clarity to subjects that have been distorted by secrecy, stigma, and misinformation. As an experiencer myself, I approach this field with both analytical discipline and lived awareness.
But my work extends far beyond commentary. I help shape stories that matter — documentaries, investigative pieces, long-form essays, digital media, and research-driven narratives designed to elevate the public conversation rather than dilute it. I believe in substance over spectacle, in precision over sensationalism, in treating the audience as intelligent participants rather than passive consumers.
I’m not interested in disposable content.
I’m interested in revelation.
In coherence.
In work that challenges assumptions and makes room for truth — wherever it leads.
Cortex Zero and the Anomalous platform exist to support researchers, storytellers, and experiencers who want to build something that lasts: media with integrity, investigations with depth, and conversations that move the disclosure narrative forward rather than recycle the same data.
If your story matters, and if you’re ready to explore what lies outside the boundaries of conventional thought, I’ll help you illuminate it.
